Full Speed Ahead

So I’m sitting in Quinzos right now waiting for my Support team (you know the peeps who help me stay on track re: album) as we are meeting tonight so I can update them on music things (album timelines, release plans, etc.) Over the year it’s been a rotating group of four amazing people who have given of their time and efforts freely, and I can’t feel MORE blessed!

Otherwise, in the last two weeks I’ve made some changes in my life. No more going to bed at 4am, now it’s bright and early at 9am (working towards 8 am but one step at a time). Jogging 30 minutes every day if I can- it’s truly invigorating. Still scheduled to do a test track with the new producer soon. In the meanwhile, I’m going to work on some side projects and on writing some new songs. I’ve never felt MORE equipped for life than now. Though I admit I’m a bit stressed in the back of my mind about how I’m going to pay for finishing the album. I’m trying to sell a guitar and some equipment on craigslist (anyone want to buy an ‘in mint-condition’ Alvarez Acoustic?) and I’m going to continue fundraising through the Project but I’m truly hoping the perfect part-time job will fall down from heaven into my hands. Either way, it’s full speed ahead.
